I have been volunteering at CHC with Project PANDA since the fall of 2003 in a few different roles but for the most of that as the Youth Staff Coordinator. As the YS Coordinator I have grown professionally and personally. Professionally I have learned more logistical skills, working with factors outside of the main project for a successful out come and AToD knowledge. I have grown personally by improving my leadership skills, my confidence and self regulation. I have had a wonderful experience volunteering at CHC.
