On Thursday, August 3rd, Summit County Health Department and Project Dawn finished installing a free vending machine designed to save lives on the west side of CHC, located at 725 E. Market Street in Akron. Emergency doses can be accessed through a code printed on the machine; for non-emergencies, request a PIN number by making a call to Project Dawn’s phone line at 330-375-2984. Once you get your PIN, you can go to the machine and enter it when prompted for a dose. CHC encourages everyone to carry Naloxone as needed.
